Savaré announced that its Cerro Maggiore, Italy, plant has achieved the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification Plus (ISCC Plus) certification. ISCC Plus is a global sustainability certification system that enables sustainable, deforestation-free and traceable supply chains of bio/circular/bio-circular raw materials. With the ISCC Plus certification, Savaré can produce products substituting virgin fossil raw materials with renewable materials through the mass balance approach, delivering identical material performances.
